staff was totally not cooperative at all. reserved a double room with no breakfast and no view, offered me a room with twin beds although they have available rooms but with sea view. Asked extra for sea view which I did not request at all.

Absolutely beautiful views from the hotel windows. Extremely modern and clean hotel. Super comfortable beds. Spa, thermal bath and gym were amazing. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. Highly recommend!

There are a couple guys at the omelette station that sucked, but other than that, the rest of the staff were professional and kind.

The hotel was lovely with an amazing view. There are many great features, including the pool and spa facilities, which added a relaxing touch to our visit. The overall look and atmosphere of the hotel felt comfortable and inviting.The breakfast was the highlight of our stay, offering a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The bed was also very spacious and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind.I also booked a massage, and it was exceptional. The therapist was professional, the environment was calming, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax.Additionally, the room service was very efficient, and every order we placed was delivered promptly and with great attention to detail.Overall, we had a decent stay.

Areas for Improvement:Housekeeping:We faced several issues with housekeeping throughout our stay. We had to call multiple times because essential items like water were not replenished, the room was not cleaned properly, used cups and mugs were left behind, and toiletries were rarely replaced. Even after reporting this to reception several times, the service did not improve and remained below expectations.Room Condition:The rooms appear a bit worn out and not well-maintained. Some furniture had noticeable scratches, and the legs of certain pieces looked quite worn. Additionally, the bathroom was significantly smaller than what was shown in the photos.Service & Staff Attentiveness:A few staff members were not very attentive. Requests often required follow-up calls because they were not completed correctly the first time.Unanswered Special Request:Before our arrival, I made a request through Booking.com to arrange something special in the room for a special occasion, and I was willing to pay extra. After a couple of messages, the hotel stopped responding, and I was unable to plan the surprise I had hoped for. This felt unprofessional, especially for a reputable hotel.Disappointing Facial Experience:I booked a one-hour facial, but the aesthetician finished in just 45 minutes. What was supposed to be a relaxing treatment was not relaxing at all. The aesthetician kept arranging things around the room during the facial, creating unnecessary noise and disruption. Out of the 45 minutes, a mask was applied for 20 minutes with little else done. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend booking a facial here.

The access for Wheelchair for the swimming pool was a bit difficult to get access

The room was very small for 3 people. At reception, when they saw our reservation was from Booking, they changed their behavior and moved my room to the 2nd floor. The room didn’t have a good view, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the safe box had problems. The valet parking staff were very rude. The only good thing in this hotel was the breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel.

The included spa/pools/sauna facilities!!

We were on the afternoon sun side and the room got too warm for the aircon to keep up.

Breakfast was excellent, fantastic delicacies for all tastes. I especially recommend the spa area! There are three steam rooms, one of them is aromatic, I would call an inhalation steam room. Four saunas, a powerful jacuzzi with a cold and hot pool. fantastic room views!

The bathroom is bit basic, but it doesn't spoil the experience because you have a great spa at your disposal!

It’s very clean and all stuffs are warmly friendly . And location is just walk away from greet restaurants and cafes

You can not open windows in room. Airflow is not available, so you look at sea but you can not breath breeze

Location was fabulous. Room was clean . Bed was very comfortable . Extra charge for Sea view was way worth . Staff were professional and very helpful. Would highly recommend. I will be going again for sure .

The hotel is beautiful

The room air conditioning had 2 settings, not working and arctic, there was nothing in between. The lady from the reception overcharged me for my stay and when i confronted her she told me that it was by mistake.

We had a wonderful holiday at the Wyndham Hotel in Izmir. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, not just us, but our dog as well! It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality and kindness toward pets, and it truly made our stay special. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-located, but what stood out the most was the warm attitude of the employees. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. Thank you for making our time in Izmir so memorable, we’ll definitely be coming back!

I reserved sea view and it was lovely. The staff were very helpful, they know the vicinity very well and pointed me in the right direction for fish and other great places.
